Thanks. Had a couple beers last night and the night before the gym rumble, perhaps that caused that. I try to avoid sugar when I can. Only drink water and V8, and almond milk (so good). I think my body is also loudly shocked by the lifestyle change. I used to barely eat, when I did it was crap with no nutrients. I'm really into my nutrient scores. I usually hit my target daily.
My body is almost ready. Only having beer once a week if that. That's keeping my belly fat.
