Thanks. Had a couple beers last night and the night before the gym rumble, perhaps that caused that. I try to avoid sugar when I can. Only drink water and V8, and almond milk (so good). I think my body is also loudly shocked by the lifestyle change. I used to barely eat, when I did it was crap with no nutrients. I'm really into my nutrient scores. I usually hit my target daily.

 

My body is almost ready. Only having beer once a week if that. That's keeping my belly fat.

I do cardio for almost an hour, just started working out in earnest. I do elliptical 30min then treadmill 30. If it's nice out I bike and go on nature walks. I'll just have V8 once a day. I do drink 3 liters of water a day though. I take in much better than the V8. Now it's summer, I can get fresh veggies at the farmer's market now. Winter is when I rely on the V8.

That's a good plan there. Gotta treat yourself every once in awhile. Tis what life's about. Moderation is key.

 

However I've become addicted to getting my fitness time in now. I guess this is a good addiction, better than junk eating!

Daughter anon was researching that and Puerto Ricans love president Trump. They have a go fundme for a statue of him for their walk of presidents attraction.

 

No Obama statue will be there, says a lot.
