Your people are deliberately swamping our ability to give you better care but we are not housing you in cages. That's bullshit. The "communities" we care about are the ones who came here legally and then sought citizenship. We are not your fucking northern suburb.

KETO, coupled with a, for me, aggressive walking regimen is working for me. I've dropped 15# since 6/1/19. Might have dropped more, but got a carb jones the final week and indulged it. Back on the regimen today.
