A three picture story
The anti-fat agenda was a huge factor
in damaging everyone's health
We need fats and minerals
the rest is roughage and gets expelled
I did carnivore for a few months
struggled at first but found
the key is changing it up
had a huge variety of meats
every week - organ meats, seafood,
venison, lamb, chicken, duck, venison,
buffalo, gator, etc
Variety is key, go with what you're craving
and strive to try new things
Funny how all those "pride"
groups exist and are promoted
but whenever I claimed I was
proud of my German ancestry
the shrill reply would be:
"You can't be proud of something you have no control over!!"
fucking hypocrites…
I've heard about that
and agreed that we don't know jack shit
