I wanted to share this interesting tidbit from a Forensic Files episode that I saw last night.

Apparently, a drug that's undetectable and reliably causes cancer has existed for over 30 years. The victims were poisoned with a chemical used to give lab mice cancer (the perp worked at a research lab). The chemical is immediately metabolized, leaving no trace. A large dose results in death.

In this episode, a scientist determined this drug was used when she compared the appearance of the victim's iver to an old textbook that had a pic that showed the effect of the drug on the liver. It was a very interesting episode. For more info see: Forensic Files, Season 3, Episode 1 - Without a Trace, October 01, 1998

Anyway, imagine the potential for abuse! Also, doesn't it strike you as bizarre that they could easily cause cancer for at least the last 30 years but still can't cure it?
