Watch the video, but don't look at the numbers. Look at Trump's eyes.
He looks directly at you (the camera) exactly three times, at 0:12, at 0:23, and at 0:29, right at the end.
Each of these events is associated with a change in the year / number displayed on the sign underneath.
The number on his sign is 2048 and doesn't change until 0:12. Then it changes to 2052 and then he looks at you briefly.
At 0:23 he looks at you intently. Then the number / year on the sign stops increasing by 4 each time and starts increasing by 100.
At 0:29, the sign displays EEEEEE instead of a number.
The "message" part comes during the middle event. The number displayed beneath him increases from 2196 to 2300.
That's an irregularity in the behavior of the numbers. The increments in the numbers are: 4 (many times), 104 (once), 100 (many times), 1000 (many times).
He looks directly at you on the one occasion when the 104 increment occurs. The other two times when he looks at you are when his role in the video clip begins and when it ends.
Q has said that POTUS asks did the anons get the message or not, so I wanted to put that on the record.
