Nondescript vehicles like ice cream trucks will arrive, take their load and drive off to the destination city and deliver to the next tier.
Manassas airport is private craft, and some LEOs related craft, such as police helicopters. The proximity of the airport to the FBI office on University and 234 expressway may indicate DoJ resources also are housed there.
