I posted this picture in response to others who discussed aliens and other sensitive and dangerous 40k+ things in that particular bread; "incarnated extraterrestrials" being other anons (starseeds) who had past lives in advanced federated spiritual ET societies (Pleiades, Sirius, Arcturus, etc.) and may have an inner feeling of belonging somewhere else and an interest in things alien and esoteric. I had no idea Q would chime in with a blank reply.

Ultimately, it matters not where you come from, but if there are such places (and there indeed are) then we need an entire new paradigm, fast. Why not be ahead of the curve when even the MSM is cranking up disclosure lately? Being properly informed isn't a bad thing.
