In answer to my own question, I found a text version of Jeffrey Epstein’s little black book:

It does contain the “Ian Rust” entry, which is the the only entry deleted from the scribd version.

The last part is not “Lizard as a previous anon quoted, but Lazard Freres, the investment firm, with an apparent OCR error.

But the question remains, why did someone go to so much trouble to delete it?
