Flexible panels, steel roof. hail not a problem.

Tornados and direct lightning strikes are a slight worry however.. (so far never occurred)

 

Hail can kill the water heater tubes, but am working on a motorized shade type cover to stop sun exposure when not needed (preserves glycol) and protect from hail contact and the rare snow.

Fedex has the ability to "pull package" from delivery stream and divert it to "investigators" and return it into the delivery system without detection or alerting the recipient.

(intercepting a laptop computer to install nefarious spyware before arrival was an example)

 

This was informed to me at a specialty technical investigator seminar.
