NO. The book of Enoch absolutely contradicts the Bible. No ascended in to heaven before Christ.

 

"And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven." (John 3:13)

You assume that because the Holy Spirit called Enoch a prophet that He was quoting from a book written in 2nd - 3rd cent. BC? You do not consider that the Holy Spirit knew Enoch was a prophet and warned of judgment before the flood?

 

What if I wrote a book called The Book of Adam? Would you think it was scripture just because it had Adam's name in the title?

Translated = changed position and state. Does not necessarily follow the new position was in heaven. Try thinking about Paradise, that divided part of the grave (sheol) in which the saved were waiting for Christ's sacrifice. (Luke 16).
