Plans often require adjustments. I have total confidence that Q team will adapt. I do think it’s possible the public has been more apathetic than it should have been.

And for the record, I’ve run companies for 30 years and am a CEO now of a company that affects many 1,000’s of people every day. I’m fucking brilliant at strategy IRL.
