These are 2 of the many things happening at Guantanamo Bay, CUBA, NAS. For curious anons, basically this turns out to be two things…We are building a new and hugely expanded court complex for commissions and tribunals, and, we are building an area for up to 35,000 migrant people who need refuge who we do not want refuging in the United States.
Anons take what they want from this, but these are the facts. We are expanding the court system and we are creating space for “migrants”. Use your own thinking.
