The last time POTUS put out a freestanding "Presidential Harassment!" was June 11.
It was part of an AM tweet STORM.
The first one was on "The Real Deal" by George Sorial (so REAL) which was mentioned again on June 22:

"Presidential Harassment" was also the concluding tweet in a 44 tweet STORM on 22 April that included 24 RTs in a row (24 April is the day of the red carpet rollout MOAB marker).
That tweetstorm was reiterated by a June 8 error correction. I posted the given graphic in response to that.

The recent 22 June tweet on "The REAL Deal" by George "So REAL" is a crucial part of a huge graphic I made that day. I left out most connecting lines on that one as it would have been too crazy.
And AGAIN… on 22 May… "Presidential Harssment!" by itself comes JUST before an AM RT storm. It is a STORM marker!
The upshot is that the last THREE times "Presidential Harassment!" appears as the only text, it is a STORM marker:
