The way I see things playing out right now…..

1. "It" happens while Trump is in Japan. (Trump will be abroad theory)

1. Mueller has a choice now:

a. Come clean of your mistakes, you know you are going to lose. This is your last chance to make some kind of right out of your wrongs.

b. Say nothing. Stay within the 'four corners' of the report. Do not answer any questions that may be self-implicating.

Either way, for scenario 2, testify then drop.

Declas comes after testimony on the 17th. (Testify then drop theory)
