Keep in mind DoJ doesn't have to publicly announce what they're doing.
Fed pensions are safe unless convicted of certain crimes. See 5 U.S.C § 8312 .
The problem though is a future president can grant a pardon. If the DoJ doesn't move soon, none of these slime balls will be held accountable. Just like in the past it leads to even worse corruption.
