I’m GOOG’s Q1 10-Q there was a bunch of vague language about intellectual property lawsuits brought against them (Ties to China), which was the nut of the Q1 10-Q. Therefore, there is the possibility that the help that Q referred to was the whistleblower, and Q would have had advance knowledge of it. The anon you are trying to refute notables has a valid point, and that’s why the post that was referred to got notables in the first place.
