Chupacabra is a guy known as Sammy. He told me what he was going to do and I did not take him seriously. Then I saw the first report on TV and thre he was faking shock with others. Then the media figured out they could turn the situation into another Moca Vanpire and named it the Goat Sucker. The "image" of the Chupacabra comes from sightings of Resus Monkeys in the mountains.
