There was a time early in American history when a Convention of States might have worked, but that time has long since passed. Now, the Deep State would certainly hijack the delegate selection process and/or find ways to own the delegates after selection, and the result would be that our current excellent Constitution would be replaced by a Globalist document from hell. You could kiss Amendments 1 and 2 goodbye for starters.
