What I heard explained is that the forms, with the question, could still go out.
Court is just saying there is not justification for asking it, but if people want to or don't know they don't have to, then no harm done.
There are plently of question on the census that people don't have to answer.
does anybody know if the SC prevented the question from being included in form or just ruled that the question was not justified to be included?
