The gerrymandering case might give insight into citizenship case. They said if the decision to draw lines is based on race they would get involved.

The new filings in the citizenship case accuse the Government of racist motives yet give evidence of political/partisan motive. The racism is a leap the left is making by saying if it is unfavorable to dems then it is because Latinos favor the left positions. They documents do not show race being discussed on republican vs. democrat.

We will know soon enough but seems to me the gerrymandering case had some important language to use against this federal Judge sitting ready to stop the citizenship question

the timing of the census can NOT be changed. It is a Constitutional mandate to take place at that time.

POTUS could choose to have the question printed anyway but it might not be able to be sent out. He could let this lower Court do as they say and expedite the review of the new evidence.

I think we need to hear from POTUS about what he will do.

Voter fraud and foreign interference happens as a direct result of non citizens voting and by non citizens having more representation in Congress than citizen.

Hold off on the doom anon. We need to see what POTUS will do. They didn't say it couldn't be on there. Roberts was the problem and said the reasons need to be better explored. ( paraphrasing ) Roberts also said the Executive branch had the authority to decide to add it.

POTUS can instruct the printing with the question on there and force the new filing to prove racism.
