Horee shit at some of the programs getting funded on there - completely ludicrous things when tons of people could actually use that money for quality of life, etc. The government is required, by law, to give so much money back to the People each year and it gets robbed by modern day con artists.
Back to the original point - the elite don't want to really teach people how to be successful and things like that because it would threaten their monopolies/empires.
