Greetings friend, just got here as well. Looks like kitchen is covered for a while, unless you want a bakey-break sometime, my schedule wide open today. Picked up the early am ghost for 20 mins before our waknbake fren arrrived = mini-loaf.
Just happened that the long gy bake ended just after 3amPT/6amET, just b4 his arrival. There's a longtime baker (sparkly meme) who often checks in a little earlier to do ebakes but since anons have been doing moar note-taking, he was able to grab the notes for a full bake before ghosting. Then bake 'n digg combo for me, fun.
Early am there's a 3rd newer baker (wnb knows him) who shows up early sometimes now, along with another baker IDK who seems experienced. "thinnest" time (besides gy) is when wnb has to go, varies a lot. Coverage a little better now than a coupla weeks ago, but evenings/nights after your "long shift" shift vary. weekends a bit of a crapshoot but prolly always has been. would enjoy doing longer bakes straight thru, but not possible for day shifts (furious typing). can alternate tho days and eves. At nights, moar note-takers stepping up–REALLY helpful (if you're here, guys, big man-hugs to you).
