I mean… We have social security. Surely, with the assistance of computers and all the surveillance warrants, they can figure out how many people are legally here and at least what fucking state they tend to haunt.
They sure as hell have no problem finding paychecks to take money out of. If I am paying taxes to a nation that can't even properly estimate its own membership, then it has no right to hold its laws over myself or anyone else, and it has no grounds for requiring the membership fee called "tax."
That is how I would leverage this. There again - I have no problem being needlessly combative, as well.
