"Le Duc" is the family name of a noted North Vietnamese political family. I am starting to think Julia Le Duc is of Vietcong origins - lots of north Vietnamese commies ended up in Latin America due to Hanoi's cooperative agreements with the Cubans, the Venezuelans, etc.

Is Julia Le Duc connected to these characters? Maybe. she looks like a Vietnamese gal who has chomped down on a few too many quesadillas in her life.
