China imposes severe restrictions on Americans buying or leasing real estate in China. I'm pretty sure that only long-term leasing is allowed. And the leases are subject to termination at any time, with no reason given by the govt.
Whatever their policy is, Trump should make the US policy reciprocal… basically no Chinese citizen or any communist ought to be allowed to own even a square centimeter of U.S. land.
