SA is full of ignorant corrupt city leaders starting with the City Manager Sheryl Scully and the police chief McManus. Scully is paid upwards of 517,000 per year for being city manager. She is corrupt and McManus makes 300.000 for police chief. Scully makes more than the president of the USA. Makes one wonder why she is so important other than we are a hub for massive human trafficking and she keeps it quiet.
