Let me help you - there ain't no such thing.
Indictments are CRIMINAL process. Neither any of the States, nor the several Territories, nor the Federal judicial systems have "civil indictments".
Not trying to be snotty about this, but some of y'all gonna need to learn a little moar about your government if you really want to protect your rights in the future.
In ref the Q post, that's the only thing it could reasonably mean. But honestly, Q posts about the sealed indictments (I think he knows but speaks to the majority of the board's understanding). He HAS to know it's not indictments - it's proceedings. That's a lot of different things.
Like another law anon posted earlier today (and correctly), a sizeable percentage of that 100k sealed proceedings are search warrants, wiretap orders, etc. And yes, that means there's still a huge number of indictments.
So it's possible Q's not 100% clear on that meaning. I'm inclined to believe the military interpretation, though.

I'm not insinuating anything - I AM an attorney. Been one for 21 years now. Admitted in 2 states, as well as Fed District, Bankruptcy, US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States (which is THE CORRECT WAY to say its name).
I'm also former MIL. It's just as easily possible that Q mis-described the sealed indictments intentionally since he does use misinformation. The possibilities are numerous.
