The Commerce Dept was told to provide a reason for putting the question on…or more importantly, to ensure it's not race related.
Some guy in 2015 wrote a paper suggesting the question and it was racially motivated.
The SC is going to rule for the question.
Pretty sure Wilbur has already submitted the info the SC wanted.
