Nurseanon here. I’m not convinced the picture of the dad with the child are really dead. There is no discolorization noted on either body. His feet don’t appear to be in a normal position from floating. It looks like he is holding his feet stiff. I also will say that even though it’s been said he put his daughter in his shirt, the girl should have separated from her dad. The body goes limp, and separation occurs. Again, I believe this is propaganda
