These children are larping with dangerous toys in a very real and dangerous game.
The entire point being made regarding the concrete and possible chemical burns is that it's possible at all, not that it actually happened this time. It shows that antifa and the left are already starting to lace their supposedly innocent milkshakes with harmful substances, and with how quickly leftists went from throwing 'just a milkshake' to 'milkshakes with some minor caustic chemicals added' it's entirely expected that they'll continue to add more dangerous substances to terrorize the populace and further escalate events. No one got chemical burns THIS TIME, but things are pretty clearly ramping up and I would not be surprised if the next rally antifa sshows up to also has concrete-laced milkshakes or worse.
