Army Contracting Command - US SOUTHCOM Headquarters located at 9301 NW 33rd Street, Doral Florida 33172 is issuing on a competitive basis, a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the purpose of supporting JTF-GTMO (Physical Security). The services required include providing support of personnel security, information security, physical security (to include installation and maintenance of electronic security systems (ESS) and physical security equipment (PSE)); and security administration. Installation and maintenance of ESS and PSE will include design, installation, and modification of automated intrusion detection systems (IDS), access control systems (ACS), closed circuit television (CCTV), biometrics, (IAW) applicable Government regulations and policies and pertinent industry standards. This is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 15, Contract by Negotiation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The applicable NAICS code is 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services. Please see the attached SF 1449 along with supplemental documents to go with the soliciation to include: Overtime Pricing Sheet, DD 254, and Past Performance Questionnaire for all the details pertaining to this solicitation. .
