on our way to Primm to buy lotto tickets going south to LA. Just one on an 18 wheeler semi truck. Maybe it needs to be somewhere fast and can't be taken by train or plane. It seemed to me a waste of money to be transporting just one. It was going south on I-15 toward Primm and LA.
