Looking for oldfag to help find archive breads. I tried mainbread archive but no dice. I used Mac and PC with Firefox and Chrome. Nothing is coming through. Oldfag in alien bread told me about deep knowledge and groovy digs from old breads… would love to access, but I'm failing.
Any help would be appreciated…
This is the way I understand it. Oldfags, feel free to correct…
Bread: the thread that you are posting in - we're posting in the Qboard Questions #3 bread.
Crumb: a reply with substance. If this reply were to have good info attached to it related to a relevant discussion topic, it would be a crumb.
Baker: the person putting together the notables for the bread. Never done it, so I don't really know, but it seems like actual work. You will see baker handoffs so that dudes can go sleep.

Btw, do you know where I can find archived breads for "Alien, UFO, Advanced/Hidden Technology, Antigravity, DUMBs, etc.". I was lurking in there and some oldfag was telling me the good digs happened in breads 1-5… would love to check them out if they are around.

Short answer is no, but I did get pointed to http://archive.is/eohGG which probably contains the information I am looking for… only problem is that it also contains about 1.9 terabytes of stuff that I'm not.
So I'm closer than I was before, but still don't have archived breads from Alien, UFO, Advanced/Hidden Technology, Antigravity, DUMBs, etc. breads 1-5.

Thanks for the pics - makes it easy to follow instructions. I did this (see pic #1) and then clicked on a link and then got a dead link (see pic #2). I tried it with several links and with Mac and PC… Chrome and Firefox. If I'm missing something, please let me know cuz these links are dead for me.

Again, thanks for the instructional pics. Tried this with different browsers/operating systems but get the same response as above (pics #3 and #4). Am I missing something? Does it work for you? If so, how are you accessing 8kun?

Yeah, I can't get anything from the archive… whether I'm looking for the oldest bread or the freshest baked in the archive, they're all dead links for me.
