Why is it that sometimes all images load, sometimes a couple, sometimes none. If I click expand all images, sometimes works, sometimes not. Is it a setting or bandwidth?

Is there a way to keep the filters when we move to the next bread?
Seeing the same crap over and over, and want to permanently block.
