These are notes related to NABU from Glenn Beck's 2 hour vid "The Democrat's Russia" (same one Q linked to in Q #3603)
Artem Syntyk, the guy caught on audio that Q points to, is the Director of NABU.
Obviously closely related to Soros' Anti-Corruption Action Centre (and might even be a part of it).
But the relationship seems to be obscured by the media; CALL FOR A DIGG.
