Judge shot in White Castle parking lot is indicted
An Indiana judge who was shot and wounded in a White Castle parking lot in Indianapolis has been charged with battery in connection with the May 1 incident.
Judge Andrew Adams of Clark County has been indicted along with two men previously identified as suspects in the altercation, Alfredo Vazquez and Brandon Kaiser.
All three men are charged with several counts of misdemeanor and felony battery. Kaiser, who is accused of shooting both judges, is also charged with battery with a deadly weapon and carrying a handgun without a license. Adams is accused of hitting and wrestling with Vazquez and kicking Kaiser. Vazquez and Kaiser are accused of hitting and kicking the two judges.
