Suspect Identified: Joseph Christian Evans.
Seen during Portland #Antifa Riot Assaulting Adam Kelly over the head with a metal pipe sending him to the Emergency Room.
I and others are still looking for this man-bun guy.
He is shown at the end of the video - throwing a (rock?) at the back of Andy Ngo's head.
It may be why he has a brain hemorrhage.
I found him in someone's tweet, leaning against a wall before he put on riot gear and attacked.
