I went to the page linked with the 'milk shake' recipee.
I noticed a strange term with the intials 'RFS' and it's all in caps, so it's easy to find it. Next, putting that in quotes, I searched for it online and found it in only a few places. I limited my search by minus signing the url for the first hit, which showed up repeatedly.
Next I went to one of the pages shown by the 'search' and got a story about someone with a small child and the idea of having to give that to a 'boss' for a 2 billion dollar debt:

using a photograph and gimp this image is produced through a series of steps, starting first with 'scaling' it up.
after that I copied layers.
after that I did 'wave' coming form the place where the eyes are on one of the men in the photo. I did that for both eyes on different layers.
I did some masking with more layers and what is known as 'threshold'.
It gives me as psuedo-engraved image with concentric circular 'waves' that reproduce into the image your see.
so it's not the original image at all but a modified one and yet you can still see them all, and it gives a nice and beautiful effect.
Sarah, and the woman next to her, seem rather awesome.
I think it compliments all the people in the room.
