Mi papá, Miguel Alberto Castillo Cedeño, de 65 años, cnel (av) Retirado, hipertenso, fue secuestrado el 21-06-19 a las 5pm, en Caracas (Sta Mónica) por 3 hombres encapuchados,con armas largas que no se identificaron, y llamaron a mi papá por su nombre y rango militar. Hoy 23-06-19 a las10:58pm no tenemos noticias de el. Necesitamos saber dónde está y cuál es su condición de salud. Hago responsable de este secuestro al presidente Nicolás Maduro y su régimen.
