After some events in the past that nearly caused a nuclear world war they talk to each other. I think this whole Russia narrative is for the stupid sheep that have to live under a constant fear and need an enemy to support and prove their black and white, simple view of the world.
The "100-year adversary" is part of the narrative - every woke leader knows this (JFK, Gorbachev, Reagan, now Trump, Putin) - for all the other dickheads (Brezhnev, Nixon etc.) are fail saves in place that prevent total annihilation. War is good for business but with the dawn of nuclear weapons this changed. Even the NWO doesn't want a full global nuclear war. This would fuck everything up beyond repair. They want to rule - after a nuclear war there is nothing more to rule.
