Are we sure the land and the association are directly to Cemex or are they (now) part of Oldcastle? Apparently most of Cemex in North America and Europe was purchased by Oldcastle in 2007 and finalized in 2013. Just wondering if it's possible that the land titles haven't been updated... or if the property IS owned by Cemex, that might have even more significance now... because the property in AZ is specifically referenced as part of the purchase by Oldcastle. And it was a purchase/acquisition, not a merger, so the name should have changed
