"We shouldn't expect everyone in Obamaland to be happy.
Obamaland (the constellation of formal Obama entities,
including the WH, DNC, Campaign for Change, etc.) is not and
will not be monolithic, and there will be people within it who
take an enlightened view and people who are more turfy and
competitive. And people whose interests compete with each
other within Obamaland. We need to do what we, in good faith,
believe will best accomplish our objectives, and we have good
reason to expect it will be congruent and collaborative with
Obama's efforts. But we can't be in a position where the entire
plan is thrown in jeopardy if there's one objection."
