3 more on the kill list. So 3 linked to Barlow. Would they be those Barlow got money from to help Snowden. There is a Barlow LdR connection. At the very least they knew each other. Money from there?

Barlow probably killed by those he could be connected to, specifically those who gave him the money to bankroll Snowden after he fled.

Barlow is in the middle of everything and he also seems to have talked/written a lot. 3 or Less degrees of separation with Barlow (the 3 []) to all the players, and he's most likely outed them via his writings/interviews/history.
