Considering he has been in power for 18 years, is a Russian clown (as we all know that never ends)…coupled with this weeks sanctions imposed on Russia by POTUS, the nerve gas attack in UK being Blamed on Russia by known POTUS white hat, the 200 Russian mercenaries we killed in Syria a few weeks ago, that HRC gave him U1, that we let Crimea happen, etc., etc…
