Same thing happened to me at Christian sunday school when i was 6.

Lets say good cops find a kidnapping victim or one with sexual assualt, etc.

That child would more than likely go to a childrens hoospital( they are building them in most cities of a certain population)

Then they can control the situation with that child( hypnotize/brainwash, kill, give them meds so that can't recall much, etc.)
