It is human nature to allow power and greed to corrupt.
Root of the problem is no transparency. We need transparency and the PEOPLE need to know what the heck is going on! Our local governments are just a wider circle than our families or work places. They all run the same way...money in (revenue) expenses out. PEOPLE need to start caring about how the local governments are operating.
