Appears to be a network of IT social media gurus, apps and comms, all experts networked globally (mostly USA) with no physical commercial address in Jersey. Only physical address link in Jersey is to a trade association of businesses, but Tower does not list as a member. Millbrook vaguely ties to Tower and is an extremely high end enclave in Jersey which is the location of a gruesome piece of history. See pix. Why did England refuse to defend the Channel Islands in WWII and who is really behind Tower Consultants? When a company is this deeply hidden from the public record, it's a definite red flag.

Turns out Jersey became a tax haven in the 50's and went haywire with bank deposits [300+billion pounds] until the downturn in 2008 sent it reeling. Smelly alright. Their residential area has a dig and burn site complete with commercial dumpster delivery. It is very secluded and probably along the lines of Hobe Sound where access is only given to residents or those on approved list.These people are sick.
