I was thinking active military bases, not national guard or armory bases and based on Comey not filling out those brackets. Offutt has command and control. Wright Patterson is AirForce Technology and a FA-18 just crashed. Kansas has Leavenworth and South Dakota has Ellsworth.

Also the command and control they just built at Offutt is right on Hwy 73 75. They may have built it underground but 4 stories are above and all glass. If you wanted to attack it you just need to crash the fence.
