I have something in the back of my mind that Tower were possibly involved with an NHS IT computer system upgrade that ended up being scrapped, as it didn't work and was over budget. It may have been related to money laundering through a failed project (it's not like we haven't seen that before). It's the 'Tower' thing that's triggering me, they love their castles..
