Lodestar?

Been doing a mindmap on connects between the Wexners, Epstein which led me to Kit and Geraldine Laybourne, which led me down a path to Kindercare. Aside from finding it odd that their CEO, Tom Wyatt's employment history prior to Kindercare is all with global clothing brands (Gap, Old Navy, Gap Body, Banana Republic, Warnaco intimate Apparel (Warner's, Olga, Lejaby brands), Vanity Fair Intimates), something else stuck out… ok two things that i figured were either spoopy or worth mentioning.

When i was going through the company's history, I saw that back in the early 70s, this education company started to diversify on the recommendation of Michael Milken of Drexel Burnham Lambert, an NYC investment firm. One investment was for $10million into Trans-Resources, Inc, an Israel-based Chemical & Fertilizer manufacturer (wtf?), and junk bonds, which makes sense since Milken was apparently the mastermind behind the junk-bond crisis that partially instigated the 1980s savings and loan crisis (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Milken).

More importantly (perhaps), i also noticed that Kindercare's holding company, Enstar, was sold to =Lodestar Group=, the NY investment banking firm in 1989. I remember there being quite a bit of talk of Lodestar references, but never there was only one anon who mentioned of Lodestar GROUP back in 2018 and it never went anywhere.

These mindmaps can really take you hours down a path to nowhere if you let them. Tomorrow i'll back it up and spend more time on what was supposed to be the mindmap's main focus… the Wexners. I attached the mindmap file in case anyone wants to check it out, add to it, whatever. As far as i know, you need to dl the Freemind app (opensource/free)

to read it. It was my first time doing one, so be gentle kek.
